Clothing is another important item in your emergency kit that is easy to spend way too much money getting stocked. For your emergency pack, you don’t buy expensive for name brand items it’s better to shop at discount stores or by playing non-brand items.

The clothing your emergency kit need:

Be easy to wash, dry, carry, and pack

Not be too heavy or bulky.

Be removed from any bulky boxes or store packaging, and packed in plastic so that they are waterproof.

To meet these criteria, you probably want to use T-shirts, sweats, sweatshirts, sweat shorts as needed reason you’d want these items is because they’re easy to wash dry quickly and without a mildew smell. They can be worn by anyone (a stretch for large people and adult sizes can be rolled up and worn by children). There are also warm when it’s cold and breathe easily, so you are cooler when it’s hot. You can also wear them without restricting movement and they role of compactly and are very light weight to carry.

You should also carry extra pairs of socks and shoes. (Be kind to your feet because they take you everywhere you need to go!) You want to have several pairs of socks, just in case. It’s good to have some pairs made out of cotton tube, and some 100% wool (wool is itchy, but it helps keep you warmer than cotton when it’s wet.)

For shoes it’s good to have two extra pairs of good quality sneakers, and one pair of knee-high rain boots. you could also substitute one pair of sneakers for a pair of well-broken-in hiking boots, but be careful if they’re not broken in your feet will likely blister and be extra tired, so make sure they are broken-in if you take them.

You’ll also want a good jacket/coat and the weather appropriate hat. A well insulated wool hunting shirt large enough to double or triple layer underneath and a lightweight jacket (with Thinsulate if possible) large enough for layering code and with movement.

Another useful item is bandannas which are light weight, have many valuable uses, and usually very little room so it’s good to pack lots. These are cheap, and they wash easily and dry quickly, you can use them to cover the head to reduce heat loss, they can be soaked in water and be used to help you cool down. He used as a sweatband, handkerchief, bandage and adapted to many purposes.
